Why is MachineLab Fitness different?
With our programming, you are getting anaerobic, aerobic and strength training. Our workouts are constantly changing so you will never get bored with a routine...and your muscles will never get a chance to adapt, so you won't plateau like you do with other programs.
So, how exactly does it work?
Our trainers post a new workout every day. Workouts typically last 10-30 minutes and are designed to train your body with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Come in during a group session and you'll benefit from one-on-one support from our trainers, as well as unbelievable encouragement from other group members. You will not find a more supportive fitness environment...we promise. And, if our session times don't work out for you on a given day, stop by during open gym and run through the workout on your own.

I have previous injuries. Will that be an issue?
Most injuries and pain come from lack of exercise, which can lead to weakness of the tendons and muscles around the joints. Many of our members have found relief from injuries or joint pain through exercise. Our workouts are scalable, and we'll work with you to slowly build strength in the areas you need it most.
Should I get into shape before I try MachineLab Fitness?
Our program is effective for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. All of our workouts are scalable, so anyone – from beginner to elite athlete – can find them challenging and effective.
Can short workouts really be effective?
Your time is valuable, and that's why MachineLab Fitness is perfect. Most workouts last between 10 and 30 minutes…allowing you to get in, get out, and get on with your life. Research has shown that higher intensity, shorter duration exercise yields greater benefits than lower intensity, longer duration exercise. In fact, training in high-intensity, anaerobic exercise translates very well into your ability to perform longer, aerobic exercise.
I’m a woman. Will MachineLab Fitness make me bulky?
Unlike men, women lack the hormones that build large, bulky muscles. Only very few women with a combination of high calorie, high protein diet and heavy, daily weight lifting can actually build bulk. MachineLab Fitness women can expect a lean and strong, but still feminine, body.
Am I going to get hurt?
MachineLab Fitness workouts are no more dangerous than any other activity you perform. Injuries result from movements done incorrectly. An important aspect of MachineLab Fitness is that our trainers are here to help you with the proper technique for each exercise, so you can perform that technique repeatedly, and only then increase load and intensity. This focus on proper technique will actually reduce the risk of injury during workouts and your other daily activities.
